How to Qualify

Becoming a Home From Home host is a decision not to be made lightly, once you understand what is involved and are happy to have guests in your home, please contact us, to apply for your home and for you to be approved and get all the rewards from this scheme.

Type of Accomodation Needed

Not all homes are the same and variety is to be expected, the importance is that they homes are clean and warm with no unpredictable animals. We will inspect your home before placing any students with you as part of our vetting.

The Students Expectations

All the students are expecting a caring family environment to be in, they can share a room as long as it is with their travelling students not a member of your family. Please provide clean beds and bedding or sofa beds are also excepted.

Collection & Drop Off Requirements

As part of the students groups visit, you will be required to collect and drop off at Stratford Upon Avon Leisure Centre coach Park, typically between 07.30 - 08.30 and collect them in the evening around 18.00 and 19.30 depending on the visit and traffic (don't worry we will keep you updated if the expected time of arrival has changed).

Feeding the Students

The students will require breakfast, packed lunch and dinner. The key here is keeping it simple, you will be notified well in advance if any students are vegetarians or have any allergies.
